Suggestion for external DVD burner

I need to replace an external DVD burner.

Any suggestions on best place to buy one would be appreciated, as id like to spend as little as possible.
Also, any recommendations on a good brand would be useful.

If you can use the external case that you have and just replace the drive if possible.
