Anyone big into Vista Themes/Styles?

I gave VistaGlaz a try but other than fixing it so that a maximized program keeps the transparent title bar I didn't have much luck. Supposedly it will fix XP styles and themes to work with Vista, but every time I try to install an XP theme so that VistaGlaz will fix it, I get "incorrect format" complaint and it won't install.

I must be missing something obvious.

I misunderstood. The fix for the theme was only for the Aero theme so you could have transparency while maximized with Aero. After it applies the patches to system files you can use other Vista Styles and Themes. I guess it was too easy so I couldn't figure it out.
