Spybot keeps bringing up outlook expresses' info notice

Spybot keeps bringing up outlook expresses' info notice and there hasn't been a thing I tried that has been able to stop it outside of a clean uninstall of spybot and reinstalling it. I don't even use oe anymore and have even deleted what I could from my os in regards to it. I can't even put spybot to ignore it.

This never happened before I used outlook express. Not much of a big deal but it's annoying. Any solution to this is welcomed as always.

Have you tried windows installer clean up, there maybe remnants still left? Also have you searched the registry for outlook express, maybe there is something left. If you can not find it let me know I can send it to you.

Where is windows installer clean up? And in regedit you can only do so much w/oe as it's in the os. So yes send me w/e you have on this. Thnx.

Zip file? Was it going to be the windows installer clean up? I did a complete uninstall of spybot and installed the latest version. !st thing that popped up when I searched was "do you want to permanently block or ignore this? Which was that tip of the day or w/e to outlook express. Haven't run it again but probably took care of it.

Otn I use Ccleaner as a reg cleaner etc... Also been using Recuva to totally delete any files on hdd. Haven't used it to recover anything. What reg cleaner do you use if I may ask? There's a couple more robust ones like regseeker and easyclean. I'm just curious as to one that might be both robust and friendly user interface/learning curve. Thnx.
