Where to find "cookies" list

Running xp 3,
I want to see my list of cookies in order to delete certain ones individually..

I have gone in windows explorer to the cookie folder
[c/ documents/settings/ self/user/cookies but all i get is a index.dat file.

I know I stumbled onto this list a while ago but cannot find it.

in IE tools I can only delete the whole batch without viewing but don't want to do that.

could some one point the way please..

They are in your Temporary Internet Files.

Any of the popular utilities can clean them. CCleaner gives you options which ones to keep.

@rago88 WinPatrol also has a Cookie Filter tab that shows your cookies and allows you to filter out cookies with patterns. I was using it for quite awhile but I changed to just deleting all cookies on browser close. To log into sites easily in Firefox I use Secure Login Add-On. There's probably something similar for MaxThon, which is IE based browser with lots of user written plugins.
