I am seriously thinking of getting Win 7,when it comes out.but rather then install the new OS then try and find drivers for system.I'd like to go out now and see if I should upgrade bios,video card,ect.Presently running xp in 32 bit(checked and processor will run64 bit).will vista drivers be useful in the change over,cause their out now.

Most hardware has Windows 7 drivers now.
I've been running it for about a month now (the RTM final build, too), and every single one of my drivers are either part of Windows 7 or specially made for Windows 7 x64.CYA Later:

Windows 7 on the install, will install most drivers needed. There is not very many that it doesn't.

Video drivers are the main ones.
It might "see" your video card but you should always go to the manufacturer's site and get them anyway!!CYA Later:

On the MS web site there is a windows 7 upgrade advisor. It will let you know if you might have a problem upgrading to windows 7.Star Baby Girl, Born March,1997 Died June 30th 2007 6:35 PM.
