I have plan to purchase LCD monitor, but someone told me that, "The liquid used in LCD has a certain life and after that it dry-out" So I wanna ask is it true and if its true then how can we check the time period of LCD and can we refill the liquid?
Does LCD's liquid get dried?

There is NO liquid involved as far as i'm aware. It is, is the polarization of two materials in opposite directions to prevent light from getting through. The light would be the background light found in LCD TV's. The amount of light getting through determines the shade of light to dark that is produced.SYSTEM:
