    iMesh Causing PC Problems

Last night I downloaded iMesh and it was messing about and I couldn't close it down so I deleted it. Somehow I can't delete the iMesh Toolbar. This morning I managed to get on Facebook with no problem. Not I can't get on there. When I try with my IE and Firefox, I either get a message telling me I can't connect to Facebook or I end-up on the iMesh Search Engine listing Facebook on there. When I click on Facebook I get that same error again where I can't be connected. There's a Cached Copy of Facebook to try and when I try that, I get the logging in screen and when I enter my e-mail address and password and click on the link to log in I'm back on that annoying iMesh Search Engine again. How to I delete all traces of iMesh? Whoever made that iMesh should be fired for causing PC problems. Can anyone help me?

    Many thanks.

I would try something like cc cleaner to remove the registry entries. It sounds the program also messed with your internet explorer. I would check the IE options, and look at what the default page is. That would cause you not to be able to get online. Also try system restore, to before you installed the software.

Many thanks for the info. I managed to get back on Facebook before getting rid of any other Imesh junk. I guess Facebook had a temporary technical fault. I'll try the CC Cleaner.

By the way, the Imesh Toolbar appears in my Firefox as well as IE even though I disabled them.

      Many thanks.
