does anyone have a way of deleting netintelligence from a laptop using windows 7 ?
i need passwords & activation key/codes but i got the laptop re-conditioned & there is no way of getting the codes/passwords.
any help would be appreciated.

also, the netintelligence site says i have to get an activation code from my Home Access provider - i`m not sure what that is... does it mean my broadband provider ?

If you wipe the HDD, you'll definitely need the Windows 7 disc, and depending on which version you have, you might have to do phone activation (for OEM versions, I think, and of course, assuming the version you have now is the legit version).

Looks like Home Access was a UK government programme to provide free laptops for children in low income families, and it came with Netintelligence as the built-in e-safety software. The Home Access providers, I'm guessing, are the companies that supplied the laptops. Netintelligence lists these companies as Home Access providers:
