Hi,
I am a french developer
I would like to develop tools for video (player, non linear video assembly, codec)
I am looking for some technical documentation for programming developing and all the subjects related to those type of products.
I quote some themes examples that could interest me.
- a description of video players operating principles (detailed technical description)
- how are stored video and audio data on DVD and all types of video and audio format (detailed technical description)
- the principles of DVD multiplexing (detailed technical description)
- the principles of DVD subtitles (detailed technical description)
- the principles of video assembly (detailed technical description)
- how works the compression/decompression algorithms (detailed technical description)
- main development tools used to develop those kind of products

I am reading general documentation but what I am looking for is more technical/scientific documentation about all these themes.
Could you tell me where I can get this documentation ? or give me e-mail adresses of people able to give me piece of information so I could contact them.
