Not Able To Open The Websites and Run Software

Greetings to all, I am a new member on this forum and I need some help friends. Recently I am having a problem on my computer. I am not able to install any apps and software on my PC. Sometimes some websites are not opening from my PC. I think it blocks the website. Could anyone please help me to solve the issue?

Is is you personal computer ie its not a work issued machine?
