I have an 720p/1080i upscaling DVD player with networked playback (DivX/XviD/MPEG-4 ASP), and I can't live without it. I suspect I will be totally underwhelmed by HD DVD/Blu-ray playback on my current (720p) TV until I get myself a 1080p display, since the upscaling works so well.
