I can't believe a court would grant such wide spread invasion of privacy. Downloading a torrent from a website doesn't equal piracy - you have to actually use the torrent and download and upload the whole copy for it to count - how can they prove this has happened, unless Torrentspy keeps these records too (trackers?).Comment

This crap is getting worse and worse. While I have never downloaded, or uploaded, anything illegal this ruling is still bull. The people need to start getting wise to what is happening to their freedoms and kick these sons-of-bitches out of office. I personally am damn sick and tired of our elected jackasses screwing us every chance they get while lining their pockets with money from the likes of the MPAA, RIAA and other organizations that don't give a rats-ass about any of us.Comment
