In what's becoming an all-too-familiar refrain, consumers have discovered an apparent manufacturing glitch in some Blu-ray copies of Warner's newly-released 'Blade Runner' Collection.

Seems Warner's Blu-ray production line has some problems to work out ... first it was putting HD DVDs in the Harry Potter Blu-ray set, and now this duplicate disc problem.
What I find funny is how did they managed to mix the Blu-ray and HD DVD discs together, since don't they use separate production lines?
