How can the copyright holders for the two film versions of Dawn of the Dead (a story about people taking refuge from the Zombie holocaust by hiding in a shopping mall) possibly think that Capcom's Dead Rising (a game about Zombies attacking people hiding in, er, a shopping mall) is even remotely close to infringing their copyright?

I've watched the original Dawn of the Dead and the new remake. Dead Rising is better
