    The Bot Battle heats UP

Will it be Storm or Kracken that emerges as world champion?

This is a spectator participant sport, your computer can join into the competetion, home, business, corporate or enterprise, all are welcome.

I will pass myself and watch from the sidelines.

Hey Chewy, is there any reliable method for detecting it? sounds pretty hopeless when it comes to that.

looks like kracken is spreading with the old trick of, hey here's pamelaanderson.jpg.exe
      hidden extension

once inside the firewall no telling how it spreads

keeping it off should be easy, getting rid of it hard

Well that's good. I never fall for the hidden extention trick anyway. Nor do install "codecs" just to view a lousy video on the web. What concerns me is other people falling for that crap when using my PC. I have a brother and nieces that aren't so savvy when it comes to that stuff. I hope it's safe to let them browse at will using the guest account. That's what I've been doing.
