Yeah, that's why I now use Amazon mp3 or iTunes Plus (if the song's on there)... Buy.com also has a decent mp3 selection.
But for those hundred or songs I did buy with DRM, what other option is there? Plus, as long as the DRM allows you to burn a CD (which it does), you can justify removing the DRM because ripping that CD to mp3 format is basically doing just that.
