Don't forget to the also download and install to plugins32 sub-folder the MPEG-2 plugin, which effectively makes this a fully up-to-date VirtualDub MPEG-2. Also install the AC3-ACM codec from here, which allows AC3 audio to be played thru VirtualDub.

One thing I wish they'd update in vdub is the ability to load progressive NTSC VOBs at 24fps framerate... even if they are 100% progressive, vdub shows them as 29.97 and that causes encoding problems...
