    Reversal of Misfortune: Isohunt Sues CRIA (Canadian RIAA)

    Fung decided to be proactive with the CRIA, who sent him a cease-and-desist in May, demanded he take the site off-line and threated to sue for $20,000 per song. Fung struck back on Friday, filing a petition for Declarative Relief in British Columbia that asserts his company isn't engaging in copyright infringement.
