Toshiba-Samsung Storage Technology has been contracted to manufacture external Blu-ray drives for the Xbox 360, according to a report from tech news site Xbit Labs.
Microsoft says "no comment" to the news story, so it may be true or untrue just like the zillion stories that came before this.
I think Microsoft should concentrate on producing a quieter Xbox 360 before thinking about making it Blu-ray capable.
