Abusing the current bias in copyright legislation, and the fear of lawsuits by ordinary folks, Sony has forced an Ohio community free Wi-Fi network to be shut down over a single piracy complaint.
The free Wi-Fi network is used by local law enforcement, local businesses and visitors, but it has now been shut down due to fear of lawsuits.
When the MPAA was asked whether this was excessive, the MPAA used the opportunity once again to spew propaganda in regards to the dangers of piracy.
