Anyway, I got my wired LAN adapter. I get around 12-13mbps with that, that's enough for super HD, right?

Yep, Super HD requires 7 Mbps before it activates. Not sure how you would normally check the playback quality/bandwidth (on the PS3, there's a diagnostic text that you can bring up that shows these things), because even if the title has Super HD, it will only activate during playback if Netflix detects your bandwidth is sufficient (otherwise it will, in real time, downgrade quality to 1080p or lower).

Hmm, well my videos show Super HD so I guess that's good. When you say "1080p or lower", you really mean "lower bitrate 1080p", right? Since super HD is still 1080?

Netflix will lower the video bitrate/resolution if it detects your network speed isn't fast enough, so it will go from Super HD 1080p, to normal 1080p and all the way down to I think 240p.

The speed test in your browser may not be accurate for Netflix, since it's the speed to Netflix's servers that will determine what quality you get (it needs to be at least 7 Mbps for Super HD to activate).
