Oh, and although dutch marijuana has the highest THC content, it is also very safe (not too much other crap mixed in with it).

BACK to being ON-TOPIC. Are there ever any good tmd rips? the ones i find are usually cams and very heavily flakey and can't sustain a stable color. Any comments?

Well, even talking about smr rips isn't really on-topic, but oh well

"Are there ever any good tmd rips? the ones i find are usually cams "

{tmd} specializes only in cams/screeners (NOT DVD), and TeleSync's. These are all rather low quality rips of movies, yet sometimes they can be watchable, especially when you convert them to a vcd.

Check for SMR rips, they use their own hacked DivX 4 codec, and whatever they did to it makes their quality quite good, yet still being a cam.

Using Cams works if you can control the brightness. Then you can get good quality but most I have seen turn white in some areas then they recover

So whiteness control is needed like on Digital Cameras

The watermark pops up only once during a movie.

No...how did you come to that conclusion, NEITHER smr or tmd rip dvd's, they only have screeners/cams/TS's.

By good quality, i didnt mean high resolution like a dvdrip; its the same quality as a tv-rip: very watchable.

MPAA = Motion Picture Association of America

They (along with the RIAA) basically keep targeting P2P networks for the sharing of copyrighted files, especially movies, which is the MPAA.

Those basterds helped in shutting down napster, and they'd like to do it with every other p2p program

Technically, they're not wrong they want to protect their content. However some of the MPAA and RIAA's tactics are wrong, and they should provide more flexibility for people who purchase their products.
