I think Kazaa-lite is the best all around P2P , and use it 75% of the time when im online. Winmx is the best place for mp3's ;even though you might be qued on some occasions.

I say kazaa for mp3's. Since they're so small i don't feel like waiting in long queue's.
Did you know you can SEARCH the forum? Fixes common problems too:
      http://forum.digital-digest.com/search.php

Also search on the whole Digital-Digest website:

Abiding by the forum rules, which are not that terrible as SKD_Tech has pictured to you, I can offer the following:

        1. Search for the appropriate server and channels to begin your search. I will not give any names here, since it would be breaking the rules and in addition, I have no movie rip channels I can offer anyway.

        2. Different channels have different methods for downloading:

        A. The one that I am most familiar with uses Fservers, where you type !list in the channel and a list of the available Fservers is displayed on the channel itself. To access a certain Fserver, you copy & paste the appropriate trigger for that server from the list. This should bring you into a DCC Session window, where typing 'help' in it will bring up instructions on how to access the server and I trust you can go on from there.

        B. As for the second method, which I am not familiar with, the channel gets 'flooded' (need a less strong word here) by triggers from the active and non-silent servers available in the channel. Doing the same copy & paste action should bring you into the server DCC session window.

        C. Another easier way to find files in certain channels is to use the '@find' command. For example, if you wish to look for a file containing the name 'apple', you would type '@find apple' in the channel. Servers that contain any such files will respond to you, either on the channel itself or through messages (chat window). Beware that many channels do not tolerate the @find command though and will more than likely kick or, worse, ban you from there, so read their channel rules before trying it out.

I think a little bit more help would be more appreciated here. You do not need to give any specific names or locations for downloading files, but a guidance of some sort will be well-appreciated by anyone and will reward you well (i.e. people will not see you as someone who can only stress and stress on forum rules, but does not offer much overall).
