virus problem

I have about 3-4 emails and everysingle one contains a virus from big@boss.com i get about 3 emails from this a day per email? how do i get rid of it i know its a virus and im always deleting it i want it gone permanently! its pathetic that this kinda thing must happen to anyone

1. Install an antivirus program.
2. Ban or prohibit the above e-mail address from your inbox.
3. Contact the administrator of that ISP that a certain address from their domain is attacking you with virus.

Also just to add. If you have got a virus but cannot remove it using your antivirus program, i would suggest you go to :

Yea I get viruses from that e-mail address every once and a while too. but I have Yahoo mail so it scans it before you download.
