All corporations act in the same way: they want to maximize their profits. I see no reason why SONY is some how more "moral" or "less evil" than its competitors. And yes, SONY/Microsoft/Nintento are and have tried to gain (and are probably dreaming to monopolize) as much market share as possible.

I'm not saying anything about that really, was just stating it as it is.

Microsoft wanting a peice of the console market was hardly a point worth bringing up in the topic, is basically what I was saying; especially since sony, etc did the same thing.

Gaming isn't restricted to anything electronic. I'm saying they entered the console market in what, 1981? They were in the gaming industry long before.
