I've seen something similar to the rat surprise, and this one is a ghost (looks so real it freaked out a serious number of people). I'll post it here when (if) I get my hands on it.

They will not move as you look at one wheel, however, the outer wheels will appear to move. This is evident on both the computer screen and the print out. Nice pic
