IP Mumbo:
Your Router is assigned a WAN Address. This is the Address that Mr_Fixer is showing you. Its your physical location on the internet. However its not your computers assinged IP address that the Router your behind assigns them by the DHCP Server features of your Router.
Example your internet address could be: 199.149.11.105
Your Routers WAN IP: 199.149.11.105 (same as above)
Your Routers LAN IP: 192.168.1.1 (default by most end user routers out of the box)
Your Computer IP: 192.168.1.100 (default by most end user routers out of the box for 1st computer in-line)
So your Computer does not show your WAN IP via command line "ipconfig /all" and in order for you to see your WAN IP (Internet IP) you can need access your routers Status Page.
Lets see if your all updated on security issues for the most common end user Router Linksys.

If the above address took you right into your router setup you need to change your password ASAP. I could send a file that did the same and flash your firmware to something funky.
If the above address did nothing and you want to check into your routers WAN IP. You can obtain the Routers IP Address by doing the Command Line ipconfig /all and where it says "Default Gateway" that is your Routers IP Address that you can use to access the setup.
