Is this the correct format for Nero serials (because that's what mine looks like)?

I'd have them as 1a (or A), next is a number, and 4th is a number or a b c d e f (or A B C D E F)

If so, then the search and replace is done. If not, please let me know all the possible combinations.

No, they are hex. After the 1A

I just downloaded a Nero key generator, and it seems to only generate 1A(number)(number or the letter a) followed by 5 groups of digits, separated by dashes. I generated about a hundred serials and they were all in the above format.

But that only covers Ultra editotion and enterprise edition. What about the plug ins?

The keygen generates serials for all the multi-channel, he-aac, mpeg2/svcd, mpeg2/dvd, dolby digital 5.1 and nero digital plugins as well.

I'm currently matching and replacing 1a(digit)(digit or letter a to f) followed by 5 groups of 4 digits separated by dashes (all case insensitive). Is this enough?

The real things to catch are the 1A21 and 1A23. Without them Nero is useless doesn't matter what plug ins you have, right?

those keygens aren't the only keys that can be used. as u know, they just reverse engineer the code from prog and probably work with a checksum or something.
