@ columbo - I was posting and looking around - The Machinist is about a guy that runs lathes and mills in a machine shop that is losing weight because he didn't sleep for almost a year I think. Bale is literally a walking skeleton in the movie.

At the opposite end of the scale, I watched Hero again last night and it was just a good as when I first saw it a month or so ago - even better maybe.

American History X is a cracking film, excellent acting by Edward Norton. The Spike Lee film 25th Hour must be one of his best though.

You might want to check out Iron Monkey. It has Donnie Yen (Hero's Sky) as the main character. It's a kind of martial arts Robin Hood.

I haven't seen Ed Norton in a bad role yet. he was great in the Heist as he was in American History X with DiNero. Bye Bye

he was also good in that card game one where he just got outta prison.
