@soup. Same here. Anything has 2 b better than silent hill. Im dumn I guess didnt understand the ending. Although they did say unless u play the game u wont understand the movie. I was fine until the end.sigpicComment

It does help if yoy played the SH games. The film has elements and characters from the first 3 games. I don't remember too much as it was a long time ago now but I still enjoyed it. Some people are confused by the ending. It is partly left to imagination which the games did a lot. Hopefully, there will be a sequal.Comment

i feel it incumbent upon me to put out this APB on Stephen King's: Desperation
the first part started out excellent, desert, weird cop, creepy music, creepy town. suspenseful. then just like some other stephen king movies they turn into crappy supernatural or otherwise ridiculous plots. i started out loving this thing and now i just want to push it into a belt sander untill there is nothing left. exorcist fans will like it maybe though. just another typical crappy TV movie IMO.

It's amazing how many good King stories have been turned into crappy movies. I think Blockbuster even has a special section devoted to Crap Movies Derived From Stephen King Novellas. The guy could blow chunks and someone would try and make a fast buck by making a Tv mini series out of it..
