I think good not so oldies but goodies are Boiler Room, Glen Gary Glen Ross, or the ever popular trip down sci-fi lane with a little Bute named Dark City...or a revisit to Donni Darko never hurts.

great flik about a kid who tries to impress his father by making money on wall street. He ends up working for a trading house that is dealing in bad stocks. Incredible movie, great cast, just a good story about corruption on wall street.

yeah they remade it from an old burt reynolds flick---all i can say is it better be good. memento, there's another i wanted to check out.....there are so many movies and i just don't have the bloody time

The original is a fairly good film. It has that big guy Jaws, from the james bond films getting kicked in the balls, too funny. The english remake was ok, fairly funny, but only once. Does it need a third remake?

IIRC, when the latest remake of longest yard came out everyone considered it a large steaming pile of doggie doo-doo, too many good movies I haven't seen yet to waste my time watching crap.

wag the dog is a movie about distracting the public from an issue during an election year with Deniro and Hoffman headlining the film. short film by todays standards but incredible non the less. you'll like it, and if you don't i'll subject myself to another viewing of Calender Girl. My god Priestly what were you thinking??? Only movie he did that was any good at all(as a main character that is) was a film called Cold Blooded. plays a hit man and gets to shoot Michael J Fox, I swear sometimes it's like they're reading my mind or something.
