I think one of his best jobs with a role was 12 monkies, consider what
cuda did with radio, thorton with slingblade, hoffman with rainman.
Pulling off such an off the wall role is difficult to say the least, real acting.

I agree with you I forgot about that movie even old Tom Skerritt did a great job in this movie. I have to say its a tie for me any way between the 12 Monkeys and his work in Kalifornia but I tend to lean a bit more in favor of Kalifonia his work as Early Grayce has to be admired he had you believing he was some psycho hillbilly nut job he had the look mannerisms and his tame southern accent down pat

I didn't say 12 monkies was a great film or even a good one, just
that Pitt nailed the off the wall role.

sincity is not a true black and white(colorized?)

didn't you catch the chewy and ebert shows?

all the ads i saw were black and white. if i don't like the trailer, i can't see liking the movie. as for ebert no, but he lost 80 lbs in about 2 weeks!.

I thought you still had that 9" DC powered B&W in the car.

Seriously, there is some color to it. It's kind of like Schindler's list. But the way they stylized the B&W is awesome. Very much like a comic book. Don't let the fact that it's B&W keep you from watching it. But then again, if adult comic books aren't your thing, it may not be your cup of tea.
