    Nero's MP4

Because of sight issues I'm getting more and more books on CDs and have started backing them up to save the orignals and use the copies (grandchildren precaution). I'm using Nero (OEM came with the burner) to do this and it gives me the option of saving in MP4 format which seems like a great way to reduce a 23 disc book to 1 disc, but the problem is that I can find nothing that plays these disc, not even Nero. Can someone guide me to a player, PC, Mac, preferable stand-a-lone of some type, that plays these CD disc? What good is this MP4 audio format if it cannot be played?

I am not aware of any standalone players that will play Nero Digital. There was something suppose to come out but hasn't happened yet.

You can use Nero Showtime (installed at the same time as Nero Recode/Nerovision). I also believe quicktime will play them as well.

nwg - Thank you for that informationn. I was able to download Quicktime and the MP4 files play just fine. Reducing a 23 disc book to 1 CD disc is quite a savings.

      Thank you.
