dr I think this year the Philly Soul got the pro teams in Philly pumped up when they won the Arena Bowl. The Phillies followed with the World Series and now the Eagles are a game away from the SB. The Eagles with Reid 8 of the last 10 years have been knocking on the door to try and get that SB trophy, (lifetime we are 0-2 in the SB) this year I hope they kick the door down and get it

Throw that New England Super Bowl out. That spygate really made me despise them even more. Again they won by 3 points there. I was glad the G-Men broke them down last year. I'll edit and post my scores later. I got Philly all the way, cause just like you said it's come to play time, and I feel it's now or a very long time from now if Philly don't take this one. Big Ben can't really score unless his defense is on the $$$, and I'm smelling upset against Baltimore. Cardinals game will be interesting. They stepped up on both defense, and they unlike the G-Men have a better receiving squad right now. Philly'd d will have to suffocate Warner and force turn overs. I'm confident they will.

At first I thought a wildcard bird SB would be nice but I would love to see a Pennsy SB with the Eagles and Steelers. Governor Rendell is an avid Eagles fan and is on the panel of the Eagles post game show on Comcast. Of course Steeler fans can understand the Gov rooting for the Eagles.

It was the Raven player that got laid out. The Steeler that him was shaken up also, but got to stand up and walk away.


@jm I couldn't believe how the Cardinals dismantled the Eagles. I swore they had it to the SB. Big changes are going to have to be made in Philly. They gave it their best w/Reid and McNabb and everyone else and still no dice. I haven't been watching ESPN or online for any news so wouldn't know if any changes have already been under way.

Now I'm looking at the SB, and I tell you despite most jumping on the Steeler bandwagon, I really think Arizona can beat them. It still seems like Ben can only do as much as his defense does to help him. If pressure from the opposing defense contains him, and absolutely sack him w/out trying to just run after him, he almost always can't get it off. That Raven game was close except for those picks. Flaco will be better next year. Watch.

I don't agree w/teams allowing any of their staff to interview for jobs at such a critical time as the playoffs. If it's the league letting them I feel it should be looked at and changed. I would want all my players, and staff w/all their attention on 1 thing and 1 thing only. Winning and getting that ring. Lot of ridiculous rules or w/e concerning personnel and players in the NFL imo.
