atifsh!
Did you try the Scan for Issues and Fix select issues of CCleaner and the the program screwed your PC up? If you did, I think that you can go to the CCleaner's registry backup and restore your windows registry again. When I want to clean or edit my windows registry, I always back it up. There are so many programs offer registry cleaning and compete one another for showing more registry problem to make you think they are better of problem detection and the end result is a screwed up registry beyond repair. Some of these programs also provide the registry backup features that you can restore in case something seriously wrong. Unfortunately, their registry restorations only delete some parts but don't bring back the ORIGINAL windows registry BEFORE the mishap. That is why I always use a free registry bakup program called "ERUNT" which can be set to create a backup of your window registry every time you turn on your PC so in case of something wrong with your registry, you just open its registry backup folder, choose the day before the problem started and restore it back EXACTLY the same as registry of that particular day (The only problem is that the registry of any program installed after that day is no longer valid and you should uninstall that program before registry restoration. This registry backup tool also does the registry defragment. You can download from here:

that's why i delete all files manually on my PC, except for my temp folder, that zonealarm takes care of.
couldn't be sure what language it is, as those symbols mean that atfish doesn't have the correct font installed on his pc...Last edited by anonymez; 23 Sep 2005, 12:17 PM.Comment

umm i think im betterof deleting stuff manually, instead of makeing another backup of the registry and save it too, ill be happy not givin myself more headacks then i already have
bout registry errors im happy with norton systemworks....., if norton cant do i can always have my image of the windows to revert to.Seems like as soon you buy somehing, v. 2 comes out 1.5 times as fast!..!Comment
