I don't know where it was, but like the Lt. , I think it was in Ohio. You had to tune your radio to a certain frequency to here it . Pretyy cool in any case. As for how they did it, check this out:
I downloaded that from MSN.com using WM Recorder to get the URL and then StreamDown to download. It is a Today Show interview with the guy that made them. Hope that clears stuff up!CYA Later:
