download,unrar, right click and "install".
after open winamp select this skin(if not default after install)
click in the "speaker" to see the "changes",minimized is very cool too!

but i have winamp running constantly, so i usually use smaller skins. this one also matches my windows theme. gotta love transparency

size?...adjust transparence?..how much pixels?...focus?..opacity?...font and size?...theme resolution?...auto opaque/transparence...and more bla blas?
just check the "skins-modern skins" and select everything you want...thousands options!!!
