That is horrible to read. I feel sorrry for the people who have to work outside like meter readers, paper boys, mail-people, etc. I have worked outside when it was MINUS 62C with the wind chill and my eye lids froze together because it was so cold. My heart goes out to the homeless and the vulnerable when it is that cold. Warmest regards and stay near the heat!Gary D
