Welcome to the Forum ...

These are called "Avatars" ... and most of the folks .. .like myself make them from Pictures that we like ... so here is how I do it ...

1. Find a picture you like.
2. Open it in Paint (a Microsoft program).
3. Edit it make it to a small size. Most website will want the Avatar or JPEG (JPG) be as small as 100X100 and no larger than 10KB or may be a little larger. Some Sites even want them as small as 80X80 ...

I make mine 100X100 and 80X80 format ... and name them accordingly. Depending on my "Mood" I change my Avatars around.
