Help with the title of a movie

I hope I don't get in to much trouble asking this question but my brain is numb at this point trying to remember this myself. I saw a movie the other night I want to buy but cant remember the name. It was about 2 1990's teenagers transporting into a 1950s sitcom. The town was in black and white and gradually changed into color.
