That would be Echoes by Pink Floyd, one of favorite songs and bands of all time. It is a 16 minutes masterpiece from Meddle (1971).

Thanks for the correction and good luck on your next question. I was going from the abridged version on the greatest hits CD, the original from Meddle on Vinyl (which I have) takes up one whole side and is 23 minutes long.

Haven't listened to that one mainly because I don't go any older than Meddle, can't really get into the likes of ummagumma and Piper. But Meddle on I could listen to all day.
