5 years ago, I almost returned my lcd monitor thinking this was a defect. When I contacted their tech support, they had no idea what I was talking about. Finally, they realized what I was refering to and explained it. As blu says, it's part of the windows logon screen. If you change resolution, you can see it more clearly. It looks like concentric rings. It's nothing to be worried about. Really annoyed the heck out of me for quite a while till I knew what it was.Blessed are they who expect nothing, for they shall not be disappointed!Comment
