how can i upload a dvd still(frame)to use as a signature picture?.is it possible to save it to my pictures and upload it or do i have to do it through an image hosting site?....

A single frame saved as a BMP would probably be 1Mb or more at full size. This is way too big obviously and must be reduced to something quite small, within size and filesize limits.

not sure whether quickshot will work unless discman is using vmr/haali's renderer
