Looks to me that it is going to have a very positive outcome. As for time, it takes what it takes. Do you think you will be glad when it's all done or will it be kind of anti climatic? I mean you will still have to maintain the house, but when you work on something for a while & all of a sudden you don't have to put that much time & effort into it, sometimes it leaves a hole. 2

Nice work Jmet....I've gutted my bathroom and I'm in the process of putting it all back together as we speak. Unfortunately I didn't take any before pics.
You'll be glad when all the hard work is done and you can relax and enjoy what you've done.
