Help my computer blow up!!!!!

Hi

My computer finally went bang been on the cards for a long time. Now the prob i have is i'm looking for a new workstation to do my deeds on any ideas please.

Looking to spend around 700-900 pounds just for the base unit or components and ill build it myself not really bothered just want a good system.

Any suggestions will be greatly received.

SYSTEM:

Pentioum Duo 6400, 8 GB Ram, 500Gb Hardrive, 32x DVD Rom, 16 x TCorp Duel Layer Burner, Geforce 7900GTX.

I just bought a Intel 945 motherboard and Intel Pentium D (Dual Core) 840 3.2ghz for 250 bucks, plus a 50 dollar mail in rebate. That is if you can order from the US. It's nice but gets real hot.
