Firefox 2.0 vs IE7

Been using IE7 since final release, and i've gotta hand it to microsoft, they did release something pretty good if not much too late and quite similar to other offerings by mozilla and opera. fast startup, still low(er) memory footprint than FF, minimalistic.

It may be just me but I think IE7 renders sites better the images seem more crisp.I have to say I am still undecided

Has it remained stable for you anonymez??? I have heard quite a few peeps who have reverted back to IE6 or FF after a test run with a far from stellar IE7.

For me IE7 has crashed once so far other then that no problems.As for FF 2.0 it has done the same thing to me, it will just freeze up and ask to restart session.It will do this to me at least once every other week

Been using IE7 for 3-4 months. No problems here. I like the multiple tabs and the google search - very convenient!

IE6 is working fine here, which is more than I can say for the server or wireless adapter/router

I've had no problems with IE7. I've been using it for a while now and I'm happy with it. I've never tried Firefox so I can't compare them.

Never used FF. Had to stick with IE because of work. Now that I am unemployed, I may try it.

My only complaint is that IE7 has stuffed something up in its cleartype fonts - but only in some places (yes, I have turned the cleartype settings).

It was OK in beta 2 but lousy in B3 and final - can't figure out how to fix it.

Firefox of course! i tested ie7 but i got sick of the popup and ads

i love the add-ons as well

I just switched from FF1.5 to 2.0 less than a week ago.

I do like the download task bar at the bottom of the page but some plugins were not compatible with the newer version. It has crashed twice but I also just installed a different virus, firewall, and spyware systems. So what to blame, I am not sure.

All has been better today and that is what matters!
