forgive me if this is a really stupid question but i was wondering is there any way to hook up 2 tvs to a ps2 or ps3 so that if you play a multiplayer game each person can have there own tv without haveing to use the internet.

As far as I know, there is no way to do this. Because of the programming of the game, the screen is split in half (or quarters, depending on the number of players). It is easy to get one image on multiple screens, but it will be the same one.CYA Later:

Are those games compatible with dual monitor set ups. I can put Microsoft Flight simulator stretched across to screens to have both monitors playing one big picture. The page cannot be maximized, you must enlaarge the window manually and drag the window across both monitors. You could then switch the monitor around, If you networked the computers and purchased 4 monitors and new graphics card you could pull it off. Or you could run 2 TV's on a splitter and use a big sheet of cardboard to cover 1/2 of the TV. I think DRF is right.Comment

The old PS2's had this this feature. All you had to do was hook up the link cable to both consoles(The plug in is highlighted below) and it would allow the 2 consoles to interact with each other and hook up to separate TVs. But for some reason they removed that feature with the slim PS2.Your second option is that you can get a component video splitter or a S-video Y-Cable(what ever your TVs Supports) they will send the same signal to 2-3 TVs
