Boris Grischeko, Mr. "Invincible" from Goldeneye. The last time he said it almost cried laughing so hard! He wasn't a real "bad" bad guy, though. May have to go with Jaws after that. He was lame, but he was the friggin' Energizer Bunny! He just kept coming back for more! -
For me it was a toss up between Jaws and Oddjob...and really there are too many movies and too many bad guys to list, so I just picked out some memorable one for me. Please feel free to write in any others that should have made the list.

Can't comment on "Daniel Craig" as I haven't seen the 2006 version of Casino Royale. Still playing at one of the Casino's here might go see it today. Don't get the same theater superscreen experience as watching on DVD.
