Add fast & easy hyperlink feature to forum?

I notice on some forums I frequent;

When you click on the "hyperlink" icon, a box pops up first for you to enter the text that you want to appear for the link, instead of manually entering the text inside tags, like we do now.

Then, after you enter the text you want, the next box that comes up is where you paste the link.

Is there a way this feature could be implemented here at DVF?

All you have to do is highlight what ever word you want a link in and then select insert link and you get this

Oh well, at least I know how to use the spell check feature! (took me awhile to figure that one out, too!)
