I have a "thief" woman in the office. She always takes cookies/tea/candies and never confesses. Her favorite thing - to steal a coffee jar. I decided to teach her a lesson. I took an empty jar, found about 15-20 spiders in my backyard and put it inside. It was such a pleasant moment to see her screaming and running around the office.
